The custom milling service consists of the production of a Digital Sewing Pattern developed according to the information, references, images, sketches, measurements and specifications provided by the customer.

To request this service, the customer must send the necessary information through the means of contact enabled by Sublimoldes.com, such as email, WhatsApp or other official channels. This information may include photographs, images, sketches, references of the front, back and / or side of the garment, carving, long, cuts, type of sleeve, clothing details and any other specification necessary to clearly understand the expected result.

It is the responsibility of the customer to deliver the information in a clear, complete way and before the development of the Sewing Pattern. If the photo, image or reference sent does not show any specific details, or if the customer wishes to add a supplement, modification, style, long, cut, type of sleeve, special carving or other feature other than the main reference, he or she must report it expressly before starting the work.

Once the Sewing Pattern based on the information provided by the customer, it will not be possible to change the style, main design or model of the garment without generating a new quote or additional cost. The subsequent adjustment shall be made only on the same model initially requested.

Delivery times

The delivery times may vary according to the type of garment, complexity of the Sewing Pattern, number of models requested, selected format, service availability and demand for active orders.

Each product, variation or service may indicate its own estimated delivery time before the end of the purchase. The customer must review this information carefully before ordering.

Where a product or service indicates a specific availability, for example "available 1 day after purchase," "delivery within 2 to 3 working days" or a similar period, such time shall be counted only on working days, not including Sundays or holidays in Colombia, unless Sublimoldes. Please indicate something different.

The delivery time will begin to be counted from the confirmation of payment and from the moment Sublimoldes. the information necessary to develop the Sewing Pattern. If the customer lacks information, references, measures or confirmations, the delivery time may be extended.

Delivery formats

The Sewing Patterns may be available in different digital formats, depending on the product or service acquired. Available formats include PDF PRO, DXF, AI or other formats that Sublimoldes.com enable in the future.

In the near future, some products may also be available in CoR format, when Sublimoldes. as specified in the description of the product, variation or service.

The client will only receive the selected or acquired format at the time of purchase. For this reason, you must carefully check the format before the order is finished, as once the order is processed it will not be required to make changes to the format without additional cost.

If the customer requires a different format from the one initially selected, he or she must consult it in advance with Sublimoldes.com. Conversion, adaptation or delivery in another format may be of additional cost and subject to technical availability.

Sublimoldes. com does not guarantee absolute compatibility with all programs, software versions or import methods used by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to know how to open, import, edit or print the files in the program of your preference.

File Delivery

The Sewing Pattern will be sent by digital media enabled by Sublimoldes.com, such as email, WhatsApp, private user area, download link or other customer-informed media.

The files may be delivered in ZIP or similar format to facilitate their download and organization.

Scope of service

The custom milling service includes only the development of the Digital Sewing Pattern requested, in the style, format and conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase or quotation.

The product does not include templates, mockups, graphic designs, automatic strokes, marked, fabric consumption, cutting advice, clothing advice or additional services, unless expressly indicated in the product description, quote or trade agreement.

The Sewing Pattern is delivered in a single style or model as previously agreed. For example, if the customer requests a long-sleeve dress shirt, the Sewing Pattern shall not include additional versions such as short sleeves, three-quarters sleeves or other styles, unless they have been quoted and agreed.

Characteristics of the Sewing Pattern

The Sewing Patterns they are delivered in the best possible way to facilitate their understanding, editing, printing and use within the design or clothing process.

The Sewing Pattern may include reference lines, internal lines, external lines, margins, seams, picket, aplomes, fabric thread indications or other technical elements depending on the type of garment and format acquired.

In the Sewing Patterns which include double line, the internal line may indicate the final measure or reference of clothing, while the external line may indicate the cutting line. The customer should not remove technical lines without knowing its function within the Sewing Pattern.

If the customer requires the placement of parts in a specific width for cutting, fabric consumption, automatic or marked, he / she must contract this service separately, as it does not make part of the standard custom milling service.

Custom Milling Guarantee

The product guarantee is extended by 30 calendar days from the date of dispatch of the sample of the Sewing Pattern to the client.

During this period, the customer may request a guarantee adjustment on the same model acquired, clearly indicating the details you want to correct. Sublimoldes. The application shall be reviewed and, where applicable, sent the correction within an estimated period of up to three (3) working days.

The security covers reasonable adjustments to the security Sewing Pattern initially requested. It does not cover design changes, style changes, garment change, full-size change, new versions, new formats, automatic strokes, initially uninformed modifications or requests that transform the original model into a different one.

After 30 calendar days, Sublimoldes.com will be able to remove the work files from your database. After this time limit, any adjustment, reshipment, scaling, modification or additional request must be listed as a new service.

Returns

Because the custom mould corresponds to a digital product developed according to the customer's specifications, no money returns are made once the payment is confirmed and the development process started.

Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for reviewing the Sewing Pattern received, perform a physical sample before producing in quantity, validate the carving, fabric behavior, elasticity, shrinking, aplomo, fabric thread, cutting process and clothing.

Each fabric may have particular characteristics such as right, reverse, thread, plot, elasticity, shrinking, composition, resistance, pre-cutting treatments or other technical conditions. The customer, his cutter, patronist, designer or production equipment must know and validate these aspects before cutting or producing.

Sublimoldes. com is not held responsible for errors resulting from the misuse of the file, misinterpretation of the Sewing Pattern, incorrect printing, inadequate format handling, incorrect fabric selection, poor cutting processes, lack of physical evidence before production or technical lack of knowledge of the clothing process.

Sublimoldes. Commission does not provide technical advice on cutting, laying, fabric rest, shrinking, textile behaviour, industrial clothing or serial production, unless the service is expressly contracted separately.

Intellectual property

All Sewing Patterns, patterns, digital files, technical designs and resources delivered by Sublimoldes.com are protected by copyright and intellectual property.

The purchase of a Sewing Pattern custom gives the customer the right to use the file for his own process of design, clothing, production or printing, but does not give him the right to resale, distribution, publication, gift, exchange, mass copy, resale modification or digital file marketing.

It is prohibited to share, sell, give, publish, distribute or transfer the acquired files to third parties, either free or paid for.

The models developed by Sublimoldes. they may be part of their technical base, portfolio, professional experience, internal processes or future developments, respecting the confidential information of the customer when applying.
