Tissue and Recommended Materials:

Woven fabrics: Optimized for high-durability fabrics such as Polyester Gabardine, Drill, School Sarga (Twill) or Heavy Linen fabrics for uniforms.
Wire: Use 100% thick-caliber polyester threads to ensure that seams resist daily wear.
Inputs: The pattern includes the use of nylon zipper, reinforced button in the pretin and belt pans.

Technical Recommendations and Quality Control:

Pre-production sample: We recommend an initial physical sample to validate the shot and boot width, ensuring that the adjustment is the standard required by the institution or the local market.
Linking of the Tele: Since these fabrics usually have cotton mixtures, it is vital to vaporize the material before cutting to prevent the sewing pattern from losing long after first washing.
Precision: Be sure to correctly mark the break lines (scratching) and the points of the front and rear pockets for a symmetrical and professional finish.
