Suggested fabric: light canvas, rip-stop cotton, poly-cotton mixtures or reinforced technical fabrics with medium gradient for weight and strength balance.
Care & considerations: pre-wash to minimize pre-cutting shrinking; test sublimation or stamping samples in specific areas; verify seam reinforcements (shoulder, armpit, sides).
Yarn: high tenacity polyester thread to support seam traction; use double or overlock seams in critical areas.
Always perform a pilot sample: make a test kimono to check adjustment, fall, seams and comfort before serial production.
