Tissue and Recommended Materials:

Woven fabrics: Optimized for high-strength and easy-to-care fabrics such as Gabardina, Sarga (Twill), High-traffic Drill or polyester / cotton mixtures that facilitate ironing.
Wire: Use high tenacity polyester threads (75 or 80 caliber). It is recommended to make reinforced seams in the crotch and side pockets.
Close and open: The pattern is designed for the use of reinforced nylon closures, high-strength buttons and adjustable elastic in the waist according to the Size.

Technical Recommendations and Quality Control:

Pre-production sample: We recommend a previous sample to check the size and exact location of the side pocket, ensuring that it is comfortable and functional for the student.
Linking of the Tele: Drill and Gabardine fabrics are usually shrunk in the first wash. It is essential to vaporize the material before cutting for the sewing pattern to maintain its final dimensions.
Precision: Be sure to respect the seam margins and the armed picket, especially in the assembly of the side pocket to achieve a clean and symmetrical finish.
