Customized Pattern Making

  1. Send us via email or WhatsApp (ventas@sublimoldes.com +57-315-339-1946) a photo, image or sketch of the back, front and/or side of the garment; along with the specifications you consider necessary so that we clearly understand the final result you want to obtain in your mold.
  2. If the photo you sent us differs in any way, or if you would like a different accessory or style (such as sizing, sleeve length, or cutouts) that isn’t visible in the photo, or if a different style is visible, you must include this information with the information provided. Once the pattern has been created based on your information, it will NOT be possible to change the style or model of the garment you requested, and further work will be required.
  3. Delivery times vary depending on the garment model, the number of models ordered, and the pattern demand from other users. Generally, your order will be sent to the email address provided and/or zipped via WhatsApp within 2 to 3 business days. You can also check our WhatsApp page and receive personalized delivery times for your specific order.
  4. The delivery time will start running from the moment of deposit to the next business hour (Colombia time 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.).
  5. The mold will be sent in vectorized PDF (Please verify that this is the file format you require and/or ask if you want a different one; since once the order is placed you will NOT be able to request a different one) compatible with design programs such as: Corel, Illustrator, Photoshop, Optitex, Audaces, etc. (You only need to know how to import and export the desired format for those programs). For any questions on how to open the files, request information from the customer service WhatsApp and/or go to the help section.
  6. The patterns are sent in the best possible order to understand their structure and how they are made. It is not possible to provide a specific width and length unless you purchase the service (automatic plotting = this is an independent service at an additional cost that arranges the pieces in a specific width for cutting and saving fabric). To print, arrange your patterns after/before applying the templates so that they consume less material while always preserving the fabric thread. If you wish to print with an external plotter provider, you must adjust the files to the width of your plotter. Generally, they are 180, but this can vary depending on the location, paper, and type of plotter.
  7. The requested pattern will be sent according to your request and only in 1 style (for example, a dress shirt, regular size and with long sleeves, it will not be sent with short sleeves, 3/4 or any other style different from the one previously agreed upon)
  8. After the deposit, due to the characteristics of the product and according to the laws of the country where we reside, since it is a digital and personalized product, a refund is not possible.
  9. THE PRODUCT WARRANTY extends to 30 CALENDAR DAYS after the sample is sent. The client will have a warranty adjustment on it, where they must let us know the details they wish to adjust and likewise, within a maximum period of 3 business days, the correction will be sent to them. After the 30 CALENDAR DAYS have elapsed, IT WILL BE DELETED FROM THE DATABASE. Adjustments cannot be made, scaling sent, or any type of guarantee that the client needs; the process must be carried out from scratch like any other model.
  10. The product does not include any kind of template and/or additional service.
  11. The pattern is shipped with a double stitching line. The inner line marks the pattern’s finished appearance after sewing, and the outer line marks the cutting line (never erase the outer line, as it is the final cutting line). The inner line makes it easier for the designer to apply templates and designs for the final finish.
  12. All of our models are protected by intellectual property rights, and under no circumstances will the customer who purchases the products be permitted to distribute them in any way (share them for free or for a fee).
  13. The models are 100% intellectual property of Sublimoldes, so we can use them according to our needs.
  14. For clients who are users of Optitex or another automatic marking system, the custom pattern making service does not in any way include sending in .mrk format (Optitex Marker) or other systems such as Audaces or Gerber, etc. If automatic marking is needed, you can check the availability of the professional in charge for an additional cost, since it is not included in the custom pattern making service.
  15. The patterns have a line marked through each piece that marks the fabric thread (or plumb) suggested for each piece (and if you want something different, modify it to taste or need) to proceed with the cut you must know the fabric thread or plumb of the fabric you are going to use (all fabrics have characteristics, such as right, thread, weft, elasticity, shrinkage, weft, resistivity, composition of materials, etc.). If you, your cutters or operators do not know; you should consult with your material supplier the technical sheet and proper use of the material (remember that there are fabrics that have a certain treatment before cutting, e.g.: fabrics such as cotton that must be left to rest for up to 48 hours after hanging) SUBLIMOLDES.COM DOES NOT HAVE THIS INFORMATION AND IT IS THE CLIENT TOGETHER WITH ITS PROFESSIONAL COLLABORATORS (IN THIS CASE PRECISELY THE CUTTER) WHO KNOW THIS PROCESS.

Shop Patterns

Mockups are sold separately. Click the «Mockup Available» button to purchase the item. ONLY LISTINGS THAT CLEARLY INDICATE THAT A MOCKUP AND/OR MOLDS ARE INCLUDED IN THEIR DESCRIPTION WILL BE SOLD AS A SET.

  1. The Patterns can be downloaded once payment has been made via PayPal. If payment is made via bank transfer, please send the payment receipt via email or WhatsApp along with the order form and/or registered user name. It will be sent to you as soon as possible during our business hours.
  2. Some patterns clarify in the variation description BEFORE PURCHASE that they will be available within a specific time. They generally say «AVAILABLE 1 DAY AFTER PURCHASE.» That day will be a business day. Weekends and/or holidays in Colombia will not be counted as valid.
  3.   11. Molds with SKU X, for example, X1, X2, or X3, are previews of molds that will be available for download after purchase at the time indicated before adding them to your cart. These cannot be added to combos.

Instalacion Programa Patronaje

Por favor si la información a continuación no es del todo clara, rogamos se comunique con nuestros asesores en el botón de Whats App para aclarar cualquier aspecto.

  1. El costo es por instalación en 1 equipo, cualquier otra instalación futura  (sea en otro equipo o en el mismo) tendrá un precio igual al pactado previamente (dependiendo la cantidad se puede hacer descuento).
  2. Deberá depositarse la totalidad del dinero, y se deberá hacer la descarga de todos los archivos previo al comienzo de la instalación(favor enviar las características del equipo antes de realizar el depósito).
  3. Luego de contar con el depósito y la descarga de los archivos se le agendara un técnico para la instalación vía Team Viewer(si no cuenta con el programa uno de nuestros asesores estará encantado de enseñarle como instalarlo) en el horario a conveniencia de ambas partes.
  4. El técnico hará algunos procedimientos de limpieza, mantenimiento y optimización del equipo si lo considera necesario para el buen funcionamiento del software sin afectar su información personal.
  5. Nuestro personal técnico no esta en la obligación de realizar ningún ajuste externo a la adquisición del software y le informara en todo caso si existe algún inconveniente que dificulte la instalación y que deba solucionarse con algún técnico presencial, y se procederá a la espera de la solución o a la instalación si el cliente de igual manera gusta dar caso omiso a la recomendación.
  6. Por las características del servicio no se realiza devolución del dinero.
  7. La garantía se extiende de manera ilimitada al funcionamiento del programa (exceptuando posible bugs de programación normales en cualquier software, como cierres inesperados por limite de recursos de su equipo, sobrecalentamiento del procesador , vram o ram, fallas lógicas del sistema operativo, etc.) en el equipo instalado y sus componentes originales a la hora de instalar (O.S, MAC, ID O,S y HDD o SSD). El cambio de cualquiera de los componentes antes mencionados( sistema operativo (version de windows, formateo o actualizacion automatica de una version a otra), MAC, disco duro o unidad solida) harán invalida la garantía y deberá volverse a instalar el programa generándose nuevamente el costo total del servicio(lo antes mencionado también incluye para un reset, establecimiento o formateo de cualquier nivel así como la instalación completa de un nuevo sistema operativo o la actualización automática o manual proveniente del mismo proveedor o de terceros).
  8. La garantía no cubre daño físico, ni robo.
  9. En caso de instalacion de algun programa con codigo malicioso o malware (virus), intecto de lectoescritura o copia de licencia o algun tipo de modificacion o debugging intencional del programa que afecete y haga bloquear la licencia tendra un valor de 60.000 mil pesos o 15 dolares en adelante dependiendo el daño y gravedad del asunto. IMPORTANTE!  LA INSTALACION DE VERSIONES DE PRUEBA O CRAKEADA DE PROGRAMAS ANTIVIRUS BAJADOS DE INTERNET SIN LICENCIA ORIGINAL QUE NO HAYA SIDO COMPRADA DIRECTAEMNTE AL PROVEDOR DEL SOFTWARE ANTIVIRUS TAMBIEN OCASIONARA LA PERDIDA DE LA GARANTIA.
